ZX TPED Aluminum Cylinder for Special Industrial Gas – ZhengXin

ZX TPED aluminum cylinders are designed and made to meet the ISO7866 standard’s requirements. With a π mark on the shoulder stamp certified by TUV, ZX cylinders are sold to and used in several countries around the world.

The material to manufacture ZX aluminum cylinders is aluminum alloy 6061-T6. ZX applies advanced spectrum analyzer for detecting the material ingredients thus ensure the quality of it.

For ZX TPED Industrial aluminum cylinders with 111mm diameter or larger, we recommend 25E cylinder threads, while for others 17E or M18*1.5 would be suitable.

Surface Finish: Customizing of the surface finish of ZX cylinders is available. There are several options for it: polishing, body painting and crown painting,etc.

Graphics: Labels, surface printing and shrink sleeves are the options for adding graphics on the cylinders.

Cleaning: Food grade cleaning is adapted by the application of ultrasonic cleaners on ZX cylinders. The inside and outside of the cylinders are thoroughly washed with pure water under 70 degree temperature.

Accessories: For cylinders with large water capacity, plastic cylinder handles are recommend to make it easier for you to carry the cylinders by hand. Plastic valve caps and dip tubes are also available.

Automatic Production: Our automatic shaping machine lines will guarantee smoothness of the cylinder interface, thus increase its stability and safety level. Our high-efficiency automatic processing and assembling systems bring us production capacity and shorter time for production.

Size Customizing: We can accept orders of custom sizes, as long as it’s inside our certification range. Please provide the specifications so we can evaluate and provide technical drawings.
