Special Design for Aluminum C02 Tank - ZX DOT Aluminum Cylinder for Special Industrial Gas – ZhengXin

ZX DOT aluminum cylinders are designed and made according to DOT-3AL standard’s requirements. With a certified DOT special mark on the shoulder stamp, ZX cylinders are sold and used in many countries all around the world, especially in North America.

The material for ZX aluminum cylinders is aluminum alloy 6061-T6. To ensure the material quality, we apply advanced spectrum analyzer to detect the material ingredients.

For ZX DOT aluminum industrial cylinders with 111mm diameter or larger, we recommend 1.125-12 UNF cylinder threads, while for others 0.75-16 UNF thread will be suitable.

Surface Finish: It’s available for customizing the surface finish.We can provide several options: polishing, body painting and crown painting, etc.

Graphics: Labels,surface printing and shrink sleeves are choices for adding graphics on the cylinder.

Cleaning: The cleaning is adapted by the usage of ultrasonic cleaners. Inside and outside of the cylinders are thoroughly washed with pure water under 70 degree temperature.

Accessories: For cylinders of larger water capacity, we recommend plastic handles to make it easier for you to carry the cylinders by hand. Plastic valve caps and dip tubes are also available as options for protections.

Automatic Production: ZX automatic shaping machines can guarantee the smoothness of the cylinder interface, thus increasing the safety level of it. The automatic processing and assembling system enable us to have both large production capability and high efficiency.

Size Customizing: We can accept orders of customized sizes, as long as it’s inside our certification range. Please provide the specifications so we can evaluate and provide technical drawings.
