New Fashion Design for Tped Aluminum Gas Cylinder - ZX TPED Aluminum Cylinder for Scuba – ZhengXin

ZX TPED aluminum cylinders are designed and made to meet the ISO7866 standard’s requirements. With a π mark on the shoulder stamp certified by TUV,  ZX cylinders are sold tp several countries around the world.

The material for ZX aluminum cylinders is aluminum alloy 6061-T6. We apply advanced spectrum analyzer to detect the material ingredients thus ensure the quality of it.

For the TPED scuba cylinders with 111mm diameter or larger, we recommend 25E cylinder threads,awhile for others 17E or M18*1.5 will be good.

Surface Finish: It’s available for customizing the surface finish. We can provide several options for it: polishing, body painting and crown painting, etc.

Graphics: Labels, surface printing and shrink sleeves can be chosen as a way of adding graphics or logos  on ZX cylinders.

Cleaning: Food grade cleaning is adapted to the cylinders by our ultrasonic cleaners. Inside and outside of the cylinders are thoroughly washed with pure water under 70 degree temperature.

Accessories: For cylinders of large water capacity, we recommend plastic cylinder handles to make it easier to carry the cylinders by hand. Plastic valve caps and dip tubes are also available for protection.

Automatic Production: Our automatic shaping machines can guarantee smoothness of the cylinder interface, thus increase the safety level. High-efficiency automatic processing and assembling systems enable us to have both production capacity and shorter time for production.

Size Customizing: We can manufacture products of customized sizes, as long as it’s withing our certification range. Please provide the specifications so we can evaluate and provide technical drawings.
