ZX DOT aluminum cylinders are designed and manufactured to meet DOT-3AL standard’s requirements. With a certified DOT special mark on the shoulder stamp, ZX cylinders are sold to many countries around the world, especially North America.

The material of the ZX DOT-3AL aluminum cylinders is aluminum alloy 6061-T6.For insurance of the material quality, ZX applies spectrum analyzer to detect the material ingredients of the cylinders, in order to guarantee their stability and safety level.

For ZX DOT aluminum medical cylinders with 111mm diameter or larger, we recommend 1.125-12 UNF cylinder thread, and for others 0.75-16 UNF thread would be suitable.

Surface Finish: Customizing is available on the surface finish of ZX cylinders. Options could be chosen among polishing, body painting and crown painting,etc.

Graphics: We provide services to add your own graphics or logos on the cylinders, such as labels,surface printing and shrink sleeves.

Cleaning: The cylinder cleaning is adapted by the use of ultrasonic cleaners. Inside and outside of the cylinders are thoroughly washed with pure water under 70 degree temperature to ensure the products are suitable for medical use.

Accessories: For cylinders which have larger capacity, we recommend plastic handles to make it easier for you to carry them by hand. Plastic valve caps and dip tubes are also available as options for protection.
