ZX DOT aluminum cylinders for CO2 are designed and produced to be up to DOT-3AL standard’s requirements or even beyond it. With a certified DOT special mark on the cylinder shoulder stamp, our cylinders are sold to many countries around the world, especially North America.

The material of ZX DOT aluminum cylinders for CO2 is aluminum alloy 6061-T6. For insurance of the material quality, ZX applies spectrum analyzer to detect the material ingredients, in order to guarantee the material stability.

For ZX DOT aluminum CO2 cylinders with 111mm diameter or larger, we recommend 1.125-12 UNF cylinder thread, while for others 0.75-16 UNF thread will be good.

Surface Finish: Customizing the surface finish of ZX cylinders is available, for which we can provide several options: polishing, body painting and crown painting,etc.

Graphics: Labels, surface color printing and shrink sleeves are choices for adding your graphics or logos on the cylinder.

Cleaning: Food grade cleaning is adapted by the adapting of ultrasonic cleaners. The inside and outside of the cylinders are thoroughly washed with pure water under 70 degree temperature to ensure the products are suitable for food or beverage usage.

Accessories: For cylinders with larger capacity, we recommend plastic handles to make it easier for you to carry them by hand. Plastic valve caps and dip tubes are also available as options for protection.

Automatic Production: ZX’s automatic shaping machines can guarantee the smoothness of the cylinder interface, thus increase the safety level of it. The automatic processing and assembling system enable us to have both large production capability and high efficiency.

Size Customizing: We can accept orders of customized sizes, as long as it’s inside our certification range. Please provide the specifications so we can evaluate and provide technical drawings.
