ZX TPED aluminum cylinders are designed and made to be up to ISO7866 standard’s requirements. With a π mark on the cylinder’s shoulder stamp certified by TUV, ZX cylinders are sold to in a lot of countries around the world.

The material of ZX aluminum cylinders is aluminum alloy 6061-T6. We strictly apply the advanced spectrum analyzer to detect the material ingredients thus ensure the quality of it.

For ZX TPED medical cylinders with 111mm diameter or larger, we recommend 25E cylinder threads, while for others 17E or M18*1.5 will be good.

Surface Finish: Customizing of the surface finish is available. We can provide several options: polishing, body painting and crown painting,etc.

Graphics: Labels, surface printing or shrink sleeves can be chosen as a way of adding graphics on ZX cylinders.

Cleaning: The cleaning is adapted by the application of ultrasonic cleaners on ZX cylinders. The inside and outside of the cylinders are thoroughly washed with pure water under 70 degree temperature to ensure the products are suitable for medical use.

Accessories: For cylinders with larger water capacity, we recommend plastic handles to make it easier to carry the cylinders by hand. Plastic valve caps and dip tubes are also available for protection.

Automatic Production: The smoothness of the cylinder interface is also guaranteed by adapting our automatic shaping machine lines, thus the safety level of the high pressure cylinders is increased. High-efficiency automatic processing and assembling systems enable us to have both production capacity and shorter production time.

Sizes Customizing: We can manufacture products of customized sizes, as long as it’s within our certification range. Please provide the detailed specifications of the product you need, and we will make the technical drawings for you.
